a. Job Summary:
The position is responsible in understanding the business processes and business needs of the organization to define, develop, configure and support computer applications with the aim to improve its business efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities cover assessing the business impact of any automation initiatives and system changes, documenting business processes and system/software requirements, and transferring knowledge of the requirement to Programmers (ABAP) for development.
b. Functional Duties & Responsibilities:
· Analyses business users existing processes and business models to determine operational objectives.
· Identifies options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability and ensure maximization of the current system.
· Prepares Understanding Document (UD) on Business Requirements Document (BRD) submitted by user/requestor and gathers necessary information gathered, reconcile conflicts, granule high level information to details to surface user requirements clearly.
· Designs and develops documented functional requirements with estimated efforts to covert this to a working system.
· Presents proposals to business users for acceptance and sign off.
· Assists PM in the preparation of Programmer's (Specialized) Performance Commitment Form and Performance Appraisal
· Develop effective strategies and test plans to ensures quality of the developed System Change Requests (SCR)
· Executes test plans on SCR's as required by the systems.
· Document testing and create logs for defects.
· Report bugs and errors to the development team
· Coordinate and assist business users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
· Works to ensure testing is on schedule and reports to the supervising Project Manager issues that causes testing delays
· Ensures UAT Sign Off and endorses deployment to Production Environment to proper approval.
· Adheres to the provisions of FLI's Code of Conduct & Discipline and its Privacy Act policies
· Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
a. Education
· Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Management, Business or related field
b. Job Experience
· At least three (3) year's solid working experience in SAP System
· Working knowledge of SAP ECC key modules like Project System, Material Management, Real Estate Flexible Management and Financial & Controlling is required.
· Working experience in Real Estate related industry is preferred but not required.
· At least one (1) full lifecycle (SAP ECC 6) implementation experience is preferred but not required
c. Competencies Required
· Business Acumen - Knowledgeable on the current & possible future policies, practices, trends & technology to secure industries best practices.
· Knowledge on SAP ERP capabilities, major components, technologies used;
· Solid understanding and updated knowledge on business processes for FI, CO, PS, MM, SD and RE modules, best practices and interfaces
· Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
· Excellent problem analysis with high level of resolution
· Highly organized and a good multi-tasker
· High level of professionalism
