Position Overview:An IT and Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an organization's IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems.​Work Schedule and Arrangement: Graveyard and Morning, OnsiteOffice Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, CebuKey Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or through email
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers and scanners
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
Provide support for the implementation of new technologies
Work within a ticketing system to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
Graduate of at least 2-Year Associate programs
3-6 months of experience in Helpdesk, or OJT/internship
Knowledge and experience in Active Directory
Basic Networking skills
Advance computer and software troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in GSuite
Printer and Scanner Troubleshooting skills
VOIP experience is a plus
Basic AWS
Basic Server Management
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 20,000php - 25,000php (depending on experience)
New hire bonus of 5,000php
