Provides administrative and operational support to the Local IT Operations Team.
Incharge of ING Hubs PH IT Asset (Workplace and Core Infrastructure)
Forecasting on the asset lifecycle management
Forecasting on the future workplace requirements in coordination with internal team.
Interact with vendors, outsourcers and contractors any IT requirements
Liase to ING Procurement any requirements that Local IT Operations have.
Recieve, Record and Maintain all IT assets
Responsible for sourcing IT equipment, goods, services, and managing IT vendors
Responsible for managing asset inventory and its lifecycle management
Work with Procurement on maintaining contracts for goods and services
Process invoices for payment
Working within the team for the release of IT Communication
