We are seeking for experiencedidentity Engineer to join our growing team!
You'll be handling requests to remotely help our clients based in Australia and in the US. Supporting clients and colleagues with deployed of our SSO/IDP Security Software.

Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Resolve technical/ issues in accordance with company processes
Deployment of SAML/OpenID Integrations
Deployment of IDP/PAM Solutions and Polices
Deployment of Active Directory Integrations
Federation/SAML/SSO requests with Office 365 and Gsuite
User Provisioning
Updating/Troubleshooting
Document and Improve the Identity and Access Management Policies and Processes
Helping Clients and 3rd Parties with IDP/Access
Other Ad-hoc tasks as required
Active Directory Knowledge
Office 365 Experience and Knowledge.
IDP/PAM Knowlege/Experience
SSO Experenice. Like: Okta, 1Password, Idpative, Thycotic, Centrify, LastPass, OneLogin, Ping identity, AzureAD
SAML and/Or OpenID
Excellent communication (both oral, written, and interpersonal) and customer service skills are a must. Ideally with US, UK or Australia experience
Willingness to grow professionally by learning new skills and building personal value as an IT professional
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think outside the box
Sense of urgency in completing service requests according to service level agreements
