The ISO Audit Coordinator is expected to fulfill the following:
Lead, manage and support the Customer Service Center planning in assessment bookings according the accreditation needs
Manage the workload of un-booked assessments one year ahead in line with accreditation rules
Management of client satisfaction within the Customer Service Center Team
Manage the interface with the management team and assessors for optimization and achievement of targets
Management for setting the KPIs e.g. un-booked targets, Gross Profit improvement
To manage, develop and improve the processes and people of the Customer Service Center Planning ensuring delivery of excellent service standards
Management of the performance of the team in line with the Operational KPIs
Management, review and optimizing of operations planning processes within the Customer Service Centre
Preparation of Management reports
Review and submission of baseload data for Budget process, Forecast process, monthly submission of baseload for 3M Outlook, and submission of data for Weekly Pulse
Work with the Operations Managers to identify delivery gaps and recruitment needs
Collaboration with Technical/Service Delivery Managers in qualification/re-qualification of new and existing auditors
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements for the position are as follows:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
Knowledge of ISO Standards
With at least 1 year of working experience in certification business
Demonstrate high level interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a client/s organization and BSI
Proven administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations
