Description
To ensure that organizational processes and services comply with the requirements of the ISO as well as customer, regulatory and the organization's own requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Possesses the complete application knowledge of the processes defined by the ISO standards
Thoroughly studies the processes, procedures, and activities of each function of the organization and maps them according to the international standards
Assists in designing policies and processes based from the defined ISO standards
Helps the organization be more focused on business by removing unnecessary processes which are either duplicate or not required
Develops audit plans and schedules
Performs internal quality audits and leads a team of quality auditors, when needed)
Presents audit reports to group heads and top management
Works as the quality manager
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
