Supervise and manage Field Engineers with any network-related concerns such as network equipment troubleshooting and configuration are operational and in service 24/7, also handles maintenance of node facilities for a reliable internet service for our most valued customers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum Educational
Bachelor's/College degree in ECE, CPE, IT or equivalent.
Relevant Experience:
People Management Experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience in Network related job is required for
this position.
Business Understanding:
Knowledge in computer based office works such as MS OFFICE, EXCEL and POWERPOINT presentation.
Knows how to drive a manual vehicle with at least 1 year of driving experience and must have a valid driver's license
Area of Assignment
Must be a local resident within Cagayan de Oro or nearby locations.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
NETWORK NODE AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Dispatch Field Engineers for network and node related issues and
concerns.
Coordinate and Interact with other Team for new and existing network
related project for service enhancement.
Coordination with other service provider with building access pass to
perform node facility maintenance and necessary network equipment
troubleshooting and maintenance of power supplies and rectifier.
Support Core and Network Planning with the installation and
commissioning of newly deployed equipment for the company nodes
and facilities.
Familiarization of every site/node
provides support for team if lacking in manpower
REPORT MANAGEMENT
Generate and create reports to present important information
impersonally on a timely manner.
Generate monthly report for teams activity and performance
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Supervise Field Engineers with every network and node related activity
Customer Satisfaction
Service Reliability of the company.
Evaluate performance of Field Engineers to properly determine if the
employee's skill set is properly matched to the employee's job.
Guide Field Engineers with network related activity, troubleshooting
and configuration of network equipment.
Create and plot schedule of Field Engineers.
Provide for evaluation for teams performance
EQUIPMENT INVENTORY
Monitor inventory and maintenance of Node Network Equipment and
Facilities for service reliability.
Assess in change network management request documents if node
related.
Assist in scheduled network migration and network backhaul upgrade
activity.
Provides schedule for acceptance of endorse new facility
Assessment for qualification of new facility
SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Provide on site support for Network Operations (NOC) and Network
Reliability and Assurance team in troubleshooting company deployed
network equipment during network outage and equipment or backhaul
upgrade.
24x7 support on any network related problems and concerns.
Support in Multi-vendor new equipment acceptance testing and create
timely report.
