· An IoT Key Account Assistant is a person who supports the IoT Key Account Manager in managing current clients or accounts for IoT solutions.
· Responsible for performing various tasks such as communicating and coordinating with the clients or accounts to understand their needs and expectations and provide them with solutions that meet their goals.
· Collaborating with other teams within the company to deliver on the promises and resolve any issues or challenges.
· Developing and maintaining long-lasting account relationships and ensuring account retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
· Experience in supporting IoT accounts for IoT or similar complex technology accounts
· Knowledge of IoT technologies, platforms, standards, and best practices
· Account management, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
· Ability to understand and communicate IoT solutions effectively
