Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Center
Familiarity with scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance mobile device management workflows, reporting, and troubleshooting
Comfort working in environments that utilize AI for automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent policy enforcement
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT support, product support, or systems administration
Understanding of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management
Exposure to Microsoft 365 security tools (e.g., Defender, Advanced Threat Protection, EMS suite)
Familiarity with AirWatch, MAG, and other mobile integration components
Awareness of Enterprise Mobility Security features within the Modern Workplace suite
