1. Processes orders in the PC Net and issues sales invoice to the dealers.
2. Increases Daily Basket Size by promoting the Just One More (JOM) item, upselling and cross selling.
3. Receives payment from the dealers for Cash Purchase Orders.
4. Endorses cash collection to the Branch Operations Supervisor at the end of the shift through cash count. Ensures that the cash is tally with the total amount of processed invoices in the PC NET to avoid shortages and overages.
5. Manages customer queuing based on the standard Turnaround Time (TAT).
6. Receives calls for the dealer`s order.
7. Ensures that all paying dealers will have Repeat Purchase Orders.
