The position will process all cashmovements and related general ledger entries along with responding to internaland external inquires related to investor reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares and reviews monthly investor reports and remittances along with related cash movements and accounting entries in accordance with agreements. Ensure that remittance wires are completed accurately and within required timelines. Research variances and open items identified through the reconciliation process. Research and resolve data issues, propose solutions for future system enhancements. Facilitate remittance related GL journal entries and reconcile custodial accounts as well as resolve GL and bank related reconciliation items. Ensure that remittance wires are completed accurately and within required timelines. Assist on projects relating to enhancements to internal reporting system. Maintain and enhance procedures and controls within the monthly process. Assist with internal and external audits. Perform all other duties related to all facets of Investor Reporting.
