Job Purpose:
You shall be in-charge of the investor relations of the Company and be the key person in the development of such relations with the investment community.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
You shall study, research and analyze industry information, trends and events covering the commodities in general, metals market with focus on nickel, capital and bonds market and come up with a comprehensive report/analysis, as may be necessary;
You shall regularly prepare presentations, press releases, and other communication materials covering the company's development and/or performance, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors;
You shall monitor operational changes within company management, and develop investor relations messages based on these changes;
You shall monitor production of all annual reports, SEC filings, PSE filings and other regulatory compliance;
You shall manage the messaging or communication materials covering investors portion of the company website;
You shall advice, plan and/or train company spokespersons as to the proper or appropriate messaging to the public;
You shall monitor analyst reports and summarize them for senior management and the Board;
You shall establish and maintain relationships with the SEC and stock exchange representatives;
You shall organize conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings;
You shall provide feedback to the senior management and the Board regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results;
You shall represent the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy;
You shall provide feedback to the senior management and the Board regarding the impact of stock options, right issue, share buy-back programs, stock dividend issuance, stock splits and developments in the capital markets;
Assist and/or advice the senior management and the Board on business development, expansion programs, capital expenditures and/or important corporate initiatives;
You shall be willing to travel within the Philippines and abroad at such times as may be necessary; and
Other functions as the Company may assign consistent with your function as the Investor Relations Officer.
Qualification Requirements
Graduate of Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics
License: CFA Institute and Association for Financial Professionals certifications
With atleast 4-5 years experience.

Proficient in management and administration, strong mathematical, financial, accounting and analytical skills, familiarity with computer software programs involving accounting, databases, spreadsheets and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
