About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
You will assist in updating operational manuals
You will be required to design reports based on the provided requirements by the business
You will facilitates process trainings
You will monitor and ensure that reports are properly executed
You will ensure adherence to controls and procedures; preparing and contributing to management control reports
You will develop and monitor Service Level Agreements
You will maintain knowledge of current regulatory and compliance environment as it effects our services and/or clients
You will participate in projects when required
About You:
You are a Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Economics
You have preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Fresh graduates may also apply
You have knowledge of hedge or mutual funds an asset
Proficiency in Excel
Should have strong analytical and investigation skills
Should have excellent written and oral communication skills;
Should be confident in dealing with people at all levels;
Can work independently as well as collaboratively;
A self-starter displaying demonstrated initiative with regards to system or workflow enhancements
Able to manage large sets of data
Shift:
Candidate(s) must be willing to work on a midshift; can render over- time, if needed; and work on holidays due to business needs
