Shift: Monday - Friday (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
At least 2+ years of experience on a similar role
Expertise in investment principles, asset allocation and portfolio management
Background in banking and/or financial services industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Excel VBA is a plus for tasks involving automation and streamlining coding processes

What will you do?
Client Reporting & Presentations
Draft and update client investment presentations, encompassing performance reports and market analysis.
Maintain and update forecasting models for private investment portfolio.
Investment Database & Performance Monitoring:
Manage the Private Investment Database, ensuring accurate cash flow reconciliation and asset value tracking.
Portfolio Analysis, Management & Modeling:
Perform diagnostic analysis and create rebalancing plans on client portfolios and execute Monte Carlo simulations for risk assessment.
Investment Compliance & Operations:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC.
Coordinate with custodians for accurate cost basis reconciliation.
Manage private investment subscriptions and account openings.
