What it's about
Assist primary relationship managers in quantitative analysis of primary funds on a global basis, as well as preparation of investment memoranda
Participate in calls, update meetings and primary onsite due diligence with current and prospective investment managers as appropriate
Monitor performance of primary fund portfolio on a regular basis
Assist in executing on corporate actions (fund extensions, terminations, etc.) as required
Conduct desktop research regarding global primary landscape
Assist in due diligence and execution of direct equity co-investments
Conduct various general tasks related to product reporting, monitoring investments, market research, internal requests, and marketing efforts
What we expect
Strong academic credentials (bachelor's degree or higher), preferably with a coursework emphasis on business strategy, accounting, and/or finance
3-4 years' experience in a finance/investment-related function
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
Thorough knowledge of Word and Excel (modelling skills required) and the ability to conduct research
Strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in English
Be proactive on assignments/projects and demonstrate initiative
Able to work accurately and meet tight deadlines
Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and desire to work in a global team
Solid academic record and a Bachelor/Master degree with emphasis in technology (e.g. Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.)
