OB SUMMARY
Maintains records of materials in inventory. Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and maintain the good quality of products.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
2nd line of reporting Assistant General Manager.
Follows health and safety requirements and assists in the implementation of company policies.
Shows good conduct consistent with the company standards during work and within the warehouse premises.
Maintains real-time, accurate, and complete records of all inventory transactions; performs a physical count of inventory and reconciles actual count of inventory to system count.
Submit monthly variance reports. Reconcile, analyze root causes of inventory variances, and recommend concrete and long-term solutions.
Communicates complex inventory problems to Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
Encode, validate, and ensure correct completion of inventory transactions in a timely manner.
Validate all system transactions by examining the actual documents and activities, and recommend improvements.
Performs inventory transactions such as receiving and dispatching of products.
Maintains sufficient inventory based on consumption and prepares stock requisition for low inventory products. Coordinate with Production Planner and Inventory Analysts with regard to the delivery and production schedule.
Identify slow-moving items, report, and recommend solutions to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Prepare daily inventory reports.
Monitors products expiration dates and ensure the "First Expiry First Out" practice. Analyzes products' aging and reports any identified difficulties that will arise to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Ensures good quality of products by monitoring the handling practice of his/her Warehouse Helpers and maintaining good storage conditions.
Identifies, reports, and recommend reworks of defective products found inside his/her assigned storage.
Develop process improvements to achieve company inventory goals.
Involves in inventory risk assessment and mitigation.
Reports any deviation or untoward incidents to superior immediately.
Assists in the operation of other sections and perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any 4 year course or with equivalent experience.
6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
Organized, keen on detail, and can communicate well.
Analytical, proficient in Microsoft office applications.
Can work with minimum supervision.
