Job Responsibilities
Update inventory records promptly and accurately
Recording, checking and tagging of inbound and outbound stocks including checking for defects and ensuring that stocks have the correct labels and are stored in the proper location and that storage guidelines and procedures are followed.
Ensure compliance of delivery and warehouse personnel with company policies and procedures
Monitoring and coordinating maintenance of warehouse, vehicles, equipment
Assigning and monitoring the regular housekeeping of warehouse
Other tasks as assigned
Submit regular reports to management
Job Requirements
Must be a graduate of any course.
At least 2 years work experience
Computer literate; proficient in using Microsoft Office
Can use office machines (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)
