INVENTORY RECORD ACCURACY ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
Responsible for Location and Inventory Record accuracy of Finished Goods and RMPM.
DEPARTMENT: NAI- Sudlon
 
IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: Operations Manager
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate
Computer literate (MS OFFICE)
Ability to quickly process and organize information
High attention to detail
Able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasks
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Can work with minimum supervision
Must be hardworking, flexible, reliable and willing to be assigned on shifts
Can start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Consolidate daily cycle count report with reconciliation.
2. Analyze inventory variances and identify the root causes on inventory issues.
3. Investigate Delivery and Inventory discrepancies.
4. Audit the actual vs system inventory.
5. Responsible for the Location Record Accuracy of finished goods.
6. Prepare monthly IRA Report.
7. Communicate complex inventory concerns through the supervisor promptly.
8. Develop process improvements to achieve company inventory goals.
9. Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drivers.
10. Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records.
11. Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance (sending emails, answering phones, etc.)
12. Immediately report any major errors or inconsistencies to immediate superior.
13. Perform other task assigned by Immediate Superior.
