INVENTORY MANAGER
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Management
Lead inventory management and provide guidance to team members
Manage inventory levels to meet business needs.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory discrepancies and turnover
Analyse sales data to improve stock allocations and maximize revenue
Monitor daily sales performance and adjust stock allocations accordingly
Conduct regular reviews and recommend improvements
Lead the stock take process throughout the company.
Record-Keeping and Analysis
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments
Identify and address discrepancies or issues related to stock allocations
Monitor and analyze inventory trends for potential risks and opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Reporting Functions
Generate and distribute Forecasting and Allocation reports on inventory levels and stock movements
Compile monthly performance and budget reports
Develop custom reports for coinop data analysis and decision-making
Monitor key metrics and provide insights through coinop reports to management
Coordination and Collaboration
Coordinate with Head of Merchandise for accurate stock allocations
Facilitate stock movements between warehouses and stores
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align stock allocations with promotions
Work with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
Okay to work onsite and willing to work in Cebu City area
