INVENTORY CUSTODIAN
Will be assigned in:
Paranaque
Apalit, Pampanga
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Engineering Course, Logistics or any field
With One year work related experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating processes of raw material delivery of suppliers in order to ensure availability of raw materials.
Analyzes the volume requirements versus plans in order to establish accurate forecasting and ordering of raw materials to support the daily production of concrete and ensuring confirmation of suppliers on the availability of material and transportation.
Monitors Purchase Orders and checks the daily status of raw materials deliveries in order to ensure constant supply.
Analyzes the performance of suppliers in order to assess their capabilities to deliver the needed raw materials and recommends appropriate interventions (if needed).
Creates and maintains an inventory schedule by watching trends and project sites demands to make sure there are always enough raw materials for concrete batching. This prevents material shortage or excessive volume of raw material delivery.
