DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
RECEIVING IN CHARGE:
· Verify invoice, check actual stocks as per invoice (actual receiving individually with delivery In charge), receive copy of Invoice for Payments (always check if it is COD upon receipt and forward it to Accounting for request payments & voucher with corresponding BIR 2307). If for issuance or charge invoice received, forward it to Accounting for payment requests.
· Check the stocks and make sure to safe keep your stockroom area and away from insects.
· Do the repacking of stocks for distribution to Store Outlets.
INVENTORY IN CHARGE:
· Encode the actual stocks received within the day as per invoice.
· Encode and monitor Inventory Sheets provides by every outlet every Tuesday and make sure to return Inventory Folders to specific outlets after encoding.
· Make sure to log in the actual stocks and log out those stocks with pull-out form for the outlet for monitoring your stock availability.
· Prepare Inventory Reports daily for emergency P.O. and perishable items and forward to Purchasing In charge.
· Schedule of Pull out Stocks for all outlets every Monday.
· Print Inventory report every 3RD Saturday of the Month and pass it to Sir Rico
