Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
Manages schedules of employees, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations.
Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.
Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Performs inventory control duties specific to:
Identifying discrepancies found in reports and correct the entries that follow.
Analyzing internal inventory procedures then provide solutions that are cost-effective.
Double-checking sales transactions to find out whether the information was recorded accurately or not.

With at least 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity

Physical Qualifications:
Must be in good physical condition to participate in actual physical count as necessary covering a lot of territory in a large facility on the sales floor or in a warehouse. The position also may be required to travel from store to store.
