Inventory AssistantKitchen Beauty Marketing Corporation

Performs accurate physical counting of items to verify the source of inventory discrepancies.
Identifies, investigates and reconciles the identified inventory discrepancies in order to comprehend and formulate solution and/or corrective action
Reports discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft or irregularities in movement by preparing detailed inventory count activity result
Assist Inventory Accountant in planning of all inventory count activity schedule as part of maintaining the inventory integrity
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed to achieve operational efficiency
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results while upholding integrity and strict compliance on corporate established policies and procedures
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business related course
With related experience for the position
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
Knowledgeable in NS Oracle ERP System
Strong Analytical Skills and Time Management
Good Verbal and Communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Willing to do fieldwork
Willing to be assigned at Marilao, Bulacan
