Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Performs a prompt and accurate stocks inventory recoding such as issuance and receiving of products on daily basis.
Performs accurate stock reconciliation on daily basis
Conducts verification process for in and out inventory transaction.
Conducts stock replenishment in products shelves on a regular basis.
Ensures availability of the products through inventory stocks monitoring and analysis.
Submits inventory reports on a regular basis as required by the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor.
Product Return (Amway Promise)
Responsible as the main contact person for product returns in accordance to Amway Promise guidelines.
Provides customer satisfaction guarantee through replacement and/or refund for returned products.
Works closely with third party courier on returned product and ensure necessary steps are taken care of in accordance to Amway Promise guidelines.
Human Relations
Works collaboratively with MAP colleagues.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate upline, Shop Supervisor, and/or HOD.
