The Inventory Assistant ensures the availability of finished goods in the Warehouse in order to serve incoming sales order. Monitors the status and level of stocks, process receiving and issuance transaction through inventory system, and coordinate with other concerned department regarding the production schedule, replenish stocks and serve sales order.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Conduct physical inventory and reconciliation monthly with Accounting
Ensure accuracy of inventory
Filing of Documents for security and audit purposes
Reporting to Supervisor for any issues and concerns encountered.
Perform FSSC related task as a member of emergency response team
Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area that complies with GMP
Process Pro-forma Invoice upon receiving from export sales
Prepare and submit request to produce to the concerned department for replenishment of products with zero stocks
Coordinate and report to warehouse supervisor for the availability and status of requested products
Actual receiving of products from production
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate preferably with units in Accounting
Preferably with background in warehousing
With rich knowledge in Inventory control, warehousing procedure and GMP/SSOP
Must be adept at MS Excel
