Manage and oversee the physical assets of the organization, including buildings, equipment, and inventory, by planning, organizing, and directing operational activities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Monthly checking and closing of manufacturing order from all site are timely done
· Monthly physical inventory count are timely done
· Inventory record are accurately recorded and reconciled with the concerned departments
· Discrepancies in physical count of inventories are communicated to the concerned department, adjustments if needed are accurately and timely recorded.
· Lapsing schedule is properly recorded and maintained, to be submitted monthly to the Accounting Head
· Monthly checking of in transit site in Eric system and proper reclassification/adjusting entries will be made, to be submitted to the Accounting Head
· Maintenance of record of asset transfer and retirement advice.
JOB SPECIFICATION
· Male / Female
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting
· Preferably at least 2 years of related experience
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills, thorough understanding of policies and procedures used in Accounting; excellent analytical skills; keen attention to details and accuracy.
· Proficient with Microsoft office or related software.
