Job Description
As a Warehouse and Inventory Management Supervisor, you will be responsible to oversee the warehouse activities and Inventory levels of business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the team according to Kaertech core values (Respect, Discipline, Teamwork, Excellence, Commitment, Continuous Improvement, and Accountability).
Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.
Determine staffing level and assign workload.
Run reports and post accuracy stats daily for the warehouse, including the cycle count accuracy, shipment accuracy, receiving accuracy, and bin scan percentage.
Manage all communication with production manager and make recommendations as necessary.
Lead and prepare the team for the annual inventory.
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
Working Conditions
You are requested to work during regular working hours of the company (8AM to 5PM) Mondays - Fridays but can also avail the flexible schedule starting at 8AM as long as you render 8 working hours a day.
This is a position based in Laguna Philippines.
