We are looking for an Inventory and Demand Planner to help us transform the way rugs are sold online! This is a full-time role based remotely in the Philippines.

The role
We are looking for a stellar team-member. You'll join an experienced, passionate team in shaping a strong team culture that you can be proud of.
You will be responsible for driving our demand planning to ensure Miss Amara has the right inventory throughout our supply chain, to meet our huge growth plans and exceed our customers' expectation.
You will:
Develop and execute forecasts and demand planning
Collate and ensure the accuracy of the appropriate cross-functional data to generate accurate forecasts
Continuously work with stakeholders on reporting needs and improvement on KPIs and processes
Prepare, report and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to the leadership team (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs target)
Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods and approach
Liaise with the Operations team to ensure our supply chain is meeting or exceeding our needs
The successful candidate
Our new Inventory and Demand Planner will be/have:
Obsessive about discovering and understanding customer needs and problems
Have a minimum 3 years demand planning experience
Previous Demand Planning experience in an E-Commerce business where you have improved and implemented planning systems & processes, preferably within homeware or rugs
Demonstrated understanding of brand and category management
Strong understanding of metrics, category performance and Google analytics.
Commercial with strong trading abilities to drive online performance
Analytical, deadline driven, results-focused and detail oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Experience and effective utilisation of ERP systems and tools
Advanced computer skills in Googlesheets/Excel and data manipulation (pivot tables, vlookups, search etc.)
Knowledge of Python programming language an advantage, although not essential
