Job Scope:
1. Responsible for the daily operations of International Player Development (IPD) Team in the whole property and Junket Operations
2. Ensure high standard of guest service to all patrons in a professional manner
3. Strategically drive incremental revenue for the Premium Mass Market, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPls), ensuring continued business with new and existing Junket operators
4. Supervise the performance of Player Development ensuring high standard of work performance and service quality to all casino patrons
5. Coordinate with other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction, and therefore leading towards department's goals and objectives
6. Ensures performance standards are achieved with regards to operating procedures, internal audits, regulatory compliance, and budgeted expense
7. Work closely with Training Manager to ensure the relevancy and adequacy of the training materials for Pre & Post opening phases
Job Specifications:
- Preferably a college graduate but not a must
- At least 5 years of experience in Casino Marketing for an Integrated Resort, preferably at least with 3 years experience in Sales.
- Proven track record in reaching sales target with player database
- Must possess strong public relations skills and attitudes towards players
- Knowledge in Philippine Casino Business is an advantage
- Familiar with MS Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and a second language (e.g. Mandarin or Korean)
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys interacting with players
- Must be highly self-motivated and work with others as a team, must have strong analytical/problem solving/ decision making skills
