In this role, you will be part of our Internal Recruitment team based in the Philippines and you will be directly reporting to the Recruitment Sourcing Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global BPO company.

As a result of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an additional member to provide sourcing and administrative support to our internal recruitment team.
Job Description:
The primary purpose of the Sourcing Associate is to support the internal recruitment team with administrative and sourcing across various job verticals, as well as to help broadcast the company's culture and selling points through social media presence.
Responsibilities:
-Source suitable resources and building talent pools, manage networks, and identify talents via a variety of internal and external recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, Referrals, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
-Provide general recruitment administrative support primarily CV formatting and perform additional tasks such as market mapping and research when needed.
-Social Media - create recruitment collaterals and ensure a steady stream of content that promotes the company's hiring needs.
-Recruitment Marketing - develop and run recruitment ads across job portals and digital platforms.
-Content and internal comms (ERP) - maintain and strengthen referral programs as well as manage the pipeline activities including email marketing, candidate communication and other activities directed by the Team Lead.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
-Open to fresh graduate with relevant recruitment exposure through internship or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
-Has an experience using various social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and/or TitTok.
-Experience using Microsoft office suite particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Good oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to learn and use industry-related software.
-Self-starter - ability to work independently and has proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Ability to work in a flexible, multi-tasking environment.
-Great time management skills and attention to details.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
-Ability to work in a team and develop positive relationships with co-workers.
-Must be highly organized.
