We work directly with patients to collect, digitize, and manage their complete medical records, empowering them with control over their care through a personal health timeline. The office in Cebu, Philippines is responsible for medical record processing operations -- RNs, Medical Technologists, Pharmacists and Collections Agents who work with a wide-range of medical records, creating usable databases and beautiful timelines. In addition, the Cebu office is a new tech startup office with its own challenges and opportunities -- ones we feel are best addressed by a strong, local team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Quality Control audit to processed work from:
Review Signature
Air Call
PING
PIRR (Prepare Information for Record Request)
Document the findings of the quality audit in a timely manner.
Provide structured feedback to agents on the findings of their Quality Control audit.
Improve the unsatisfactory audit result(s) using Corrective Action and Preventive Action recommendations.
Regularly align with process owners from Standard Retrieval team for new product and process updates.
Ensure that updates, escalation findings, critical quality information is tracked to existing quality control documentation.
Continually attend training and continuous improvement events related to Quality Control.
Handle special projects and tasks designed to augment quality control activities.
Qualifications
Candidates must not be in any active corrective action or performance improvement plan
No outstanding call-out related to non-compliance to policies (tardiness, disciplinary issues)
Productivity and Quality: Have met their daily / monthly goals for the past three (3) months consecutively in their existing team
Candidates must have been in the role for the past three (3) months
Familiarity with Quality Control audit tools and methodology with PicnicHealth
Significant exposure to PicnicHealth processes and systems and can communicate and replicate these processes in written and visual form
