As the Manila Internal Communications Partner, you will be working alongside the Global Internal Communications team, focusing on delivering the internal communications strategy for Manila.
Overview of Main Duties and Responsibilities
You'll create, develop and execute the internal communications strategy
You'll be creating stories and articles in support of the internal communications strategy on leadership communications, engagement activities and cultural change
You'll use the different communication channels, including social media, to share what we need to shout about
You'll be part of onboarding and have a support function in the delivery of local Learning & Development sessions
You'll be connected with the stakeholders with the local HR team to support the local HRBP programme
Requirements
Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
Keen attention to details
Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
