Serve as content and creatives producer for internal communications channels (posters, online posts, videos, emailers)
Manage Unilab's internal social media platform
Contribute to internal publication by pitching story ideas, interviewing employees, and providing creative guidance
Act on announcement requests via email and internal social media platform
Serve as creative lead for events (online and, when things normalize, on-ground); ensure alignment of agency-produced materials with corporate branding
Required Skills
Proficient in graphic design and basic video editing
Knowledgeable about social media platforms
Can work well under time pressure
Good communication skills especially in talking to/interviewing employees across ranks (from rank-and-file to management)
Good writing skill and content planning skills
Required Experience
Has 3 to 5 years of experience producing content such as onsite posters, social media posts, and videos for various audiences (millennials, experienced professionals, etc.)
Has experience in managing an organization's social media platform
Has event management experience
