Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management of the department in providing systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and corporate governance.
Develop the final audit plan and program of annual activities
Review and approve audit programs and audit procedures.
Review and approve recommendations, as necessary, actions to improve; processing of transactions, accounting and financial reporting, safeguarding of assets and internally developed policies and procedures.
Assure follow-up and monitoring of audit findings to ensure adequacy and timeliness of correction.
Review and substantiate transactions by counter-checking corroborating evidences before they are recorded or paid (pre-audit).
Job Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant with at least 2 years of experience as auditor, examiner, or security/control related position in a managerial capacity.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent
Willing to be deployed in Calamba, Laguna
