Responsibilities:
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and compliance changes.
Qualification:
Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or relevant field.
Being CPA is an advantage. With at least 2-3 years of meaningful experience in auditing real estate company.
With good analytical skills, solid communication skills, good interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure and results-oriented. To be assigned at
Mandaue City, Cebu. Willing to travel to Legazpi and Lucena.
