Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute audit plans and audit programs.
Evaluate and implement internal control procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.
Work independently while maintaining confident leadership skills to guide and manage audit tasks.
Identify and assess areas of improvement to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in internal auditing.
Proficient in audit plan/program preparation and internal control assessments.
Ability to prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings clearly.
Strong, confident leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field is preferred.
