JOB DESCRIPTION
PRE-AUDIT- a control review approachon payments vouchers is reviewed by before final payment/settlementis made
Pre-audit the companies transaction cash advances, payment voucher or other disbursement cycles.
Monitor an end to end evaluation of revenue and disbursement transactions.
POST AUDIT- review of supporting documents are reviewed weeks/months after the transactions have taken place.
Initial execute audit program in coordination with team leader.
Assist in development and execution of audit programs.
Interview business unitsto obtain information required for auditing.
Perfors auditing review of the company operation and financial compliance to company policies, procedures and guideline.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least a bachelors degree, preferably in a business discipline such as accounting, finance, management, public administration, or computer information system.
Male/ Female
Above average computer skills.
Must be pro active, keen to details.
