JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
Conduct investigations into identified or reported risks.
Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management.
Monitoring compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
Preparing and distributing reports to top management.
Completing audit work papers and memorandum by documenting audit tests and findings.
Communicates with audit progress and findings and improves protection by recommending changes in the internal control structure.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting or Financial Management.
2 years of work experience in an external/internal audit environment.
CIA/CPA is an advantage.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
