Job Description
Internal Auditor
Shall be responsible in maintaining accurate system inventory for warehouse, retail stores and other stock locations.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Prepare stock audit plan to be presented to management for the monthly/quarterly and annual stock audit.
2. Conduct inventory count of stores subject to stock audit based on audit plan.
3. Prepare stock count report (reconciliation) to identify stock variances and its causes (e.g. theft, wrong stock transfer, code interchange) and present action plans for each variance noted.
4. Prepare stock adjustment report based on audit results for approval of Finance Manager and General Manager.
5. Communicate with warehouse and retail team for the issues/findings during stock audit.
6. Will be in-charged with handling external auditors during year-end financial audit stock count.
7. Other tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
1. At least 1 to 3 year experience with audit for retail business
2. Good verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficient with Microsoft Excel
4. Good analytical skills
5. Can work with minimum supervision
6. High value of integrity and independence
7. Familiarity with Navision System is an advantage
