Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Holder Major in Accountancy or Business Management
Must be a CPA or Master of Business Administration Degree Holder with extensive background in Business or Financial Management
At least five (5) years of experience, three (3) of which should have been in a supervisory capacity.
Job Responsibilities:
Develops and updates operational and financial audit plans, policies, and procedures and submits/recommends the same to the President and the Board of Trustees for approval.
Prepares and secures approval of financial and operational risk management guidelines and procedures and assists department/work unit heads so that they can consistently comply with such guidelines.
Develops, adapts and recommends appropriate measures to improve the internal control systems and follows up action taken by departments/work units concerned on recommendations pertaining to their areas of operation.
