Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Valenzuela CIty.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Preferably experienced working for ISO certified organizations or Philippine Quality Award (PQA) DTI audited organizations.
Supervisory background is an advantage
Strong familiarity with Auditing Procedure in the manufacturing services and Multinational organizations
Preferably a Certified Auditor
Primary Function:
Provide internal spot audit to ensure compliance of all depatment to the existing Company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as local government directives and to safeguard Company assets. Provide management with cost for product/service, inventories, operations or functions and compares actual to predetermined data. Helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Major Responsibilities:
Review current organizational structure, practices and processes.
Responsible for establishing internal control procedures for the Company.
Draft new internal control procedures per department and present to the President for approval.
Create a timeline for approved internal contorl procedures by quarter.
Create remediation plan for gaps and non-compliance.
Review existing department process flow chart and create manuals for all department's process for documentation.
Introduce practice of quality management system across organization.
Introduce risk mitigation program s and follow through execution
Provide an independent,objective assurance objective assurance service to management, with the principal aims of evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management ,control and governance processes.
Execute a wide range of audits and reviews in a diverse and highly computerised organization.
Liase with Department Heads on all audit initiatives and programs.
Make recommendations on increasing operational effeciency, having regard to value for money auditing.
Agree the annual audit plan with the President ptior to approval by the audit committee.
Report quarterly and as requested to the Audit Commitee(Accounting Manager) and to the President or any person with equal position.
Liase with QA Department to inspect all QA process completion and gap.
Assist QA in audit responsibilities for accredutation or compliance .
Establish Company Path for quality management system.
Any other appropriate duties as may be defined from time to time by the president
