Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conducts scheduled and spot audit to projects using company policies and procedures and general principles for sound internal control as criteria.
2. Performs several audit procedures including:
a. Collection and petty cash fund counts
b. Tracing of collection transactions
c. Vouching of disbursement transactions
d. Review and recomputation of accounting reports and schedules
e. Review of compliance to regulations laid down by authorized legal bodies
3. Evaluates efficiency and effectiveness of operations of projects.
4. Checks whether the internal accounting procedures and operating systems for projects are adequate and on track.
5. Facilitates the company's growth by protecting the assets of its managed properties and its own assets.
6. Communicates audit reports and extends recommendations to management
7. Monitors and reviews corrective action plans
8. Creates checklists and audit work schedules
9. Should be skillful in understanding the requirements of corporate management
10. Must observe utmost confidentiality in all dealings
11. Must be keen observers and must have good decision making skills
12. Must be honest and unbiased and report the facts as they are
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirements: Degree in Accountancy; License as CPA an advantage
Experiential Requirements: at least 1-4 years of work experience
Special Skills: Proficiency in all areas of Accounting and Auditing, proficient in computers.
