Duties and Responsibilities
• Shall be responsible in checking if the function is fully paid.
• Shall be responsible in monitoring, releasing and validating of Gift Certificate.
• Shall be responsible for checking and assisting the Cost Control for the inventory reports, checking and reviewing of all the report ( DOR, DRR, Employees meal, Ala Carte report ). Checking the receiving reports (food, beverage, and Food & beverage supplies) if the sales invoice are tally with market list or purchase request of all deliveries for the hotel whether storeroom items or direct issues, cash or charge.
• Responsible for checking and assisting the Purchasing for F&B items/Kitchen items, checking and reviewing F&B stocks and prices.
Responsible in all accountinng reports audit
• Will work 6 days a week including holidays with 1 day-off (day-off must be on weekdays only)
• Performs other jobs that may be assigned by the management and or immediate superior from time to time.
Qualification
Must have at least 3 years experience as accounting auditor or any similar function
College graduate of Accounting Course
Must be organize and have a keen attention to details
Must be flexible and can handly work under pressure
Has a background of handling people
