Gandang Kalikasan, Inc. is behind the brand Human Nature, the No. 1 brand of natural & organic cosmetics and personal/home care products in the country today. We are looking to hire an Internal Auditor.
Job Role:
As Internal Auditor, you will formulate, implement and monitor effectiveness of internal controls within Human Nature operations to ensure company sustainability.
Set up of Risk Management Assessment
Policies and procedures documentations
Develop an Internal Audit Plan
Ensure functional departments compliance to existing company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy.
Must be a CPA.
With minimum 5 years actual work experience handling Internal Audit function preferably within same industry as Human Nature. With Certified Internal Control Auditor certification a PLUS.
With strong background in reparation of audit reports, internal control monitoring, risk matrix preparation
Background in SAP preferable
Highly proficient in Excel
Driven, persistent and delivers according to expectations no matter the challenges
With the competence and the will/positive influence to introduce new processes and work with people towards its mainstreaming
Good oral and written communication both internal and external
Has the heart for our advocacy Pro Philippines, Pro Poor and Pro Environment
Willing to be based in our Paseo de Sta. Rosa with 1x a week visit to Quezon City office or Carmelray plant
