Eligibility :
CS Professional /Second Level Eligibility
Education :
Master's degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Training :
Forty (40) hours of Supervisory/ Management Learning and Development Intervention
Work Experience :
Four (4) years of Supervisory/ Management experience
