Qualification:
Preferably Graduate of Business Administration Major in Accounting
Ideally with experience in handling Audit procedures for not less than 4 years
Concerning Banana Production Operation
With awareness regarding GGAP and ISO implementations
Effective Communicator
Good in Technology and or Excel usage for analytical interpretation
Team oriented - focuses on how to improve system/procedures
Functions:
Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline
Establish risk-based audit programs
Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Internal Audit Senior Management
Review the suitability of internal control design
Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
Verbally communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.
