INTERNAL AUDITOR i - davao del surTagum Cooperative

Job Responsibilities:
Assess the integrity and reliability of the accounting information by conducting an examination and review of the records, financial reports and accounting procedures with which such information are identified, measured and classified.
Evaluate management practices whether they adhere to cooperative laws and regulations determined by external regulatory bodies such as: BIR, CDA, DOF, LGU, MCN etc; TC By-Laws; General Assembly and Board policies, seeing to it that the cooperative's activities and programs are carried out while maintaining high standards of ethics, discipline and professionalism.
Assist in developing appropriate methods and systems in order to achieve TC's objectives at a reasonable cost
Submit periodic reports on his or her analyses, appraisals and recommendations regarding the system; process or condition being reviewed so as to provide management with appropriate bases for making sound economic decisions
Job Qualifications:
A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
CPA Licensure Examination Passer
Significantly has a thorough knowledge and training on auditing and accounting
Basic understanding of internal control weaknesses affecting a Cooperative
Basic knowledge in RA 9520 and other rules & regulations affecting Philippine cooperatives
