Job Description
· Perform internal audit assignment with a risk-based approach
· Identify internal control deficiencies and balance the control and business processes
· Conduct ad hoc investigations into identifying or reporting of any compliance matters
· Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is drafted in the audit findings
· Participate in the continuous improvement of departmental performance through stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
· Ad hoc duties assigned
The Successful Applicant
· Diploma/Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 1 year of internal audit experience
· Ideally a Big 4 background (not essential)
· Proactive approach to internal auditing and stakeholder management
· Eye for details, analytical and meticulous with good time management skills
· Ability to communicate well at all levels
· Desire to contribute within a high-performing team
· Proficient in English and understand basic Chinese (and have a desire to learn Chinese in the future)
· CPA and/or CIA is a plus
