Internal Audit ManagerAC ENERGY CORPORATION

1. Oversee internal audit projects/work assigned with internal auditors and including external auditors and co-sourced internal auditors.2. Maintain a comprehensive system for recording all audit plans, work papers, findings, reports, and follow-up audits3. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the audit plan and reviewing, or edit as necessary, audit reports detailing observations and value-adding recommendations.4. Review audit work performed by internal auditors and co-sourced internal auditors for completion and accuracy5. Prepare risk-based audit engagement program for internal audit projects assigned.6. Prepare and complete detailed audit work for certain audits including special audits as required by the Audit Committee or Management.7. Respond to ad hoc requests to address control issues on new business processes, policies and procedures, and provide consultative services to management.8. Conduct training of new employees.9. Perform effective risk and control assessments.10. Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency.11. Coordinate with other assurance providers of the company being audited.12. Present to the Audit & Risk Committee the results of the internal audits conducted.
Skills:
With at least 8 years of internal audit experience with extensive knowledge on the energy industry and/or power plant operations.
At least three years of supervisory or project management experience
Experience in auditing ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 is an advantage.
Proficiency in SAP and SCADA applications.
Experience in ACL GRC and Analytics is an advantage
Professional Certifications are an advantage (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA, ISO, RME, REE).
Attention to detail, strong mathematical and analytical skills.
