Job Description:
Checks and ensures the completeness of official receipts, invoices, and other accountable forms
Travels to assigned project sites to perform an audit in the respective Property Management Offices (PMO)
Ensures reasonableness of receivables from the homeowners
Performs reconciliations of collection reports
Reviews cash handling procedures
Conducts cash count and reconciliation of funds
Reviews cost/utilities directly attributable to the PMO
Recommends necessary actions based on established policies and procedures
Maintains strict confidentiality of financial data and PMO policies
Adheres to all safety guidelines
Meets company attendance requirements
Attends to all company required training
Complexity:
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from acceptable practice is required and where analysis of situation or data requires review of identifiable factors
Exercises judgment within defined procedure and policies to determine appropriate action
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant
Must have at least 3-5 years of work experience as an auditor preferably in the real estate industry
Demonstrates strong analytical skills for complex business cases and process improvements
Must be flexible, possesses a strong ability to adapt to a demanding work environment, and can work under minimal supervision
Must have the ability to determined "reasonableness"
Must have integrity - adherence to accounting and controls policies and procedure
Highly organized and keen to details
Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig
Preferably can START ASAP
